Appointments & Cancellations

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Appointments cancelled or missed with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.

​

For cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice, the session fee will remain on your account and may be applied to a future session.

Packages

Packages are non-refundable.

​

At least one full session must be completed prior to purchasing a package to establish appropriate fit.
