Low to moderate distress: 8-12 sessions (2-3 months)
Moderate distress: 12-16 sessions (3-4 months)
High conflict: 18-26 sessions (4-6 months)
Infidelity recovery: 26-54+ sessions (6-12+ months)
Couples sessions are most effective offered at 70 min session length, over the typical 50-min session.
Individual Therapy: $185/50 min
Couples Therapy: Starts at $225/50 min, $315/70 min* recommended
Couples Intensives: $4,850 (2-day) / $6,250 (3-day)
Group Therapy: $75-$95 per session (70 min)
Longer-term pricing: Speak to administration about fee structures for 20+ session commitments.
We are out-of-network providers. Insurance companies often limit treatment length and type, compromising quality of care.
We offer:
Superbills for insurance reimbursement (many clients receive partial reimbursement)
HSA/FSA accepted
Payment plans for intensives
Sliding scale consideration (limited availability)

Yes. We offer in-person and virtual sessions via secure, HIPAA-compliant platform for clients anywhere in Texas. Couples intensives and group therapy are in-person only.

Yes. We offer a complimentary 15-minute Next Steps Call with our intake specialist.
During this call, we will learn more about your situation, answer your questions, and match you with the therapist best suited to your needs and circumstances.
Your intake specialist will also provide guidance on the most appropriate therapy format, which may include individual therapy, couples therapy, intensives, or group work, and can recommend a structured plan and schedule tailored to you.
Your first full session will then be scheduled directly with your matched therapist.
